Minh Cong Nguyen

Ph.D. Candidate in Economics

  • Minh Nguyen is a Ph.D. candidate in Economics at American University where he received rigorous training in advanced economic theory and applied econometrics. Currently focusing on microeconomic topics, he has a variety of research interests, including micro-econometrics, economics development, private sector development.
  • Minh Nguyen has been working as a consultant for the World Bank. His current position at the Enterprise Survey Analysis allowed him to apply his knowledge in monitoring and implementing enterprise surveys globally.
  • Fields: Applied Micro-econometrics, Development Economics, Applied Econometrics, Monetary and Financial Economics.

  • Problem solving using Matrix program languages such as Mata (Stata), C/C++, SAS.
